Engels Logistiek BV continuates its ISO 9001 quality standard.
ISO 9001: 2015 is the most recent quality standard and guarantees quality assurance for design, development, production and service. This standard sets out the requirements for a quality management system that can be used by an organization to increase customer satisfaction. This by complying with the requirements of the customer and with laws and regulations.
ISO 9001 can also be used by internal and external parties to assess whether the organization is able to meet customer quality requirements, laws and regulations and the organisation's own requirements.
ISO 9001 contains requirements for a quality management system, with which an organization:
- demonstrates its ability to consistently deliver products that meet customer requirements and applicable legal requirements
- ensures customer satisfaction through effective application of the system, including through processes aimed at continuous improvement and the prevention of non-conformity
ISO 9001: 2015 certification consists of a three-year cycle of annual audits in which an independent party determines whether your organization meets the requirements of the standard. In addition to the ISO 9001 certification, Engels also has the ISO 14001 certification aimed at controlling and improving environmental performance.
